All products sold on SPROVICE are 100% authentic, sourced from authorised brand distributors and official importers.

Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary. We strive to display accurate colours and specifications but minor variations may occur.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

In the event of a pricing or stock error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation via email/SMS constitutes acceptance.

We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and pin codes.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch (except COD). Failed or declined payments will result in order cancellation.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sankalp Venkateshwar Chandragurala shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to your right to approach the appropriate consumer forum in your district.

For grievances, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@sprovice.in before initiating legal proceedings. We aim to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
