Delivery coverage
SPROVICE ships to all serviceable pin codes across India through reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.
Metro cities and major urban centres typically receive orders within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Tier-2 and tier-3 locations may take 5–7 business days. Remote or non-serviceable areas will be flagged at checkout.
We do not currently ship outside India.
Shipping charges & free delivery
Orders with a payable subtotal of ₹999 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below ₹999, a flat standard shipping fee of ₹99 is charged. Express delivery (where available) incurs an additional fee shown at checkout before payment.
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
Order processing & dispatch
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours, subject to stock availability.
You will receive an order confirmation by SMS and email immediately after payment. A shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent once your parcel is handed to the courier.
Order tracking
Track your shipment from My Account → Orders using the AWB / tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.
If tracking is not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at support@sprovice.in with your order number.
Delivery attempts & undeliverable orders
Our courier partners make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.
Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at support@sprovice.in.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund for items confirmed damaged or lost in transit, as per our Refund Policy.
