Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge before it is packed for dispatch. To cancel, contact support@sprovice.in with your order number or use the cancellation option in My Account → Orders (if available).

For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation after dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per our Refund Policy after receiving the product.

Cancellation by SPROVICE

We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your pin code. You will be notified promptly and receive a full refund for any amount charged.
