Overview
At SPROVICE, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy explains when you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, and how refunds are processed for online payments made via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations.
7-day return window
Unused products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Rackets must be unstrung, unused, and free from any signs of play or wear. Shoes must be unworn with original tags and box intact.
Products marked as clearance, final sale, or personalised (e.g. custom stringing) are not eligible for return unless defective.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective: opened shuttlecock tubes, personalised stringing services, hygiene-related accessories once opened, and products explicitly marked non-returnable on the product page.
Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
How to request a return or refund
Email support@sprovice.in or WhatsApp us at +91 91753 71339 with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will confirm eligibility within 1 business day and share return instructions — either a reverse-pickup label or the nearest drop-off point.
Please do not ship returns without our authorisation; unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refund processing & timelines
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
For online payments (Razorpay): refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. UPI refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days.
For COD orders: refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank account you provide. Please share account holder name, account number, IFSC, and bank name.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, contact support@sprovice.in.
Exchanges
We offer size or variant exchanges subject to stock availability. Contact support within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
If the replacement item is of higher value, you will pay the difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.
Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Order cancellation refunds
Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
